Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily business operations in the construction, carpentry and interior renovation industry.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company sales and growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients, contractors and business partners.
  • Manage customer enquiries, project discussions, quotations and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, carpentry supervisors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets, operational expenses and overall business profitability.
  • Prepare and review quotations, contracts, proposals and business reports.
  • Oversee procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, customer satisfaction and payment collections.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Manage business development activities, including marketing and sales planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and workplace safety requirements.
  • Resolve operational issues and customer concerns professionally.
  • Prepare regular business performance reports and provide recommendations to management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business management, operations, construction, carpentry or interior renovation.
  • Good understanding of construction and renovation project operations.
  • Experience in business development, customer relationship management and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to prepare and review quotations, budgets and project costing.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with internal teams and external contractors.
