Position Overview:

As the chosen Senior Associate Attorney for the General Liability division, you will be a linchpin in navigating and litigating general liability cases, right from their inception to their culmination, through settlement or trial. This position, which offers the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule combining both in-office and remote settings demands an intricate understanding of general liability and insurance defense law, impeccable litigation acumen, and an unwavering allegiance to both the firm's principles and its clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Helm a diverse caseload of general liability issues.
  2. Represent clients with distinction in court, mediations, and settlement discussions.
  3. Furnish insightful legal analysis and guidance to clients on potential risks and strategies for exposure mitigation.
  4. Delve deep into legal research, craft precise pleadings, and orchestrate discovery endeavors.
  5. Foster harmonious collaborations with support personnel and fellow attorneys, with an eye on optimizing client outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law institution.
  • Admitted to practice in New York.
  • A solid foundation of at least 5 years in insurance defense and general liability.
  • Exemplary research, analytical, and problem-solving prowess.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication aptitude.
