Are you a detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal with a passion for facilitating smooth and successful property transactions? Join a dynamic legal team where your experience and efficiency will play a critical role in residential and commercial closings.

What Youll Do:

  • Handle all phases of real estate transactions from contract to close.
  • Review title commitments, lien searches, and closing documentation.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, realtors, and clients to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain well-organized client files and provide consistent updates throughout the process.

What Were Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal or escrow closer.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn case management systems.
