We are currently partnering with a distinguished boutique law firm, celebrated for its expert handling of estate planning, trust and estate administration, taxation, corporate matters, and real estate transactions for an elite clientele. In our quest to bolster their robust team, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Associate Attorney. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead and influence within a firm that prides itself on delivering unparalleled legal services to high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex legal research, drafting, and analysis efforts.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm's knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Spearhead high-level estate planning, corporate transactions, and other critical legal projects.
  • Ensure the highest quality of client service through effective team collaboration and leadership.
  • Operate seamlessly between the firms locations in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and downtown Chicago, Illinois.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in law with a strong emphasis on trusts, estates, and taxation.
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Significant experience managing a diverse range of legal matters in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative spirit.
  • Readiness to work from both the Lake Geneva and downtown Chicago offices.
