🔍 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Own the semantic layer Build and maintain the semantic layer and transformation logic behind every GTM dashboard, so reporting is fast, consistent and trusted.
Model Salesforce and GTM data correctly Write production-grade SQL to clean and model CRM data for reporting and AI, working with RevOps so Salesforce reflects reality.
Build pipelines and close data gaps Partner with data engineering to build the pipelines and analytic events that fill gaps in our GTM data.
Build models that drive revenue decisions Partner with RevOps on SQL and Python models for prospect ROI, revenue forecasting, and account health and expansion signals.
Own the GTM data foundation Set field definitions, naming conventions, tests and data quality standards across the GTM tech stack.
Keep the AI in our BI sharp Train Omni’s AI layer and build the context that gives Claude and other AI tools accurate, contextually aware answers.
Build GTM AI workflows, with Claude at the core Use Python, APIs and MCP connectors to build GTM workflows and automations, and assess new AI tools in our stack.
Drive adoption and self-serve data literacy Partner with GTM Enablement to roll out what you build, so GTM teams explore data in Omni autonomously.
👀 WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE
Data modelling You design reliable, reusable data models, not just dashboards on top of someone else’s.
Semantic layer experience You’ve built and owned a semantic or metrics layer (Omni, LookML, dbt or similar).
SQL fluency Joins, CTEs, window functions and optimisation.
Python For data manipulation, automation and API integration.
CRM data experience You know how Salesforce (or similar) data is structured, where it goes wrong, and how to model it.
A solid data foundation 3-5 years in analytics engineering, data analytics or revenue operations.
An AI-forward mindset You share our ethos of embedding AI into how work gets done.
Clear communicator with high autonomy You explain data to non-technical stakeholders, spot the opportunity, and go build it.
✅ NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on AI experience: LLM workflows, APIs, MCP
- Self-serve adoption or enablement experience
- dbt, Snowflake or similar tooling
- Omni or a comparable BI tool
- Payments, fintech or B2B SaaS experience
