Buscamos um profissional polivalente, pontual e responsável para atuar na execução de manutenção preventiva e corretiva em estabelecimentos comerciais (lojas e restaurantes, principalmente em shopping centers).

Detalhes da Vaga

  • Regime de Contratação: PJ (Pessoa Jurídica)
  • Remuneração: R$ 4.000,00 + ajuda de custo (ou a combinar, dependendo da experiência e qualificações)
  • Região de Atuação: Cachoeirinha, Gravataí, Porto Alegre e Canoas
  • Horário de Trabalho: A combinar. Predominantemente noturno (madrugadas entre 23h e 07h), conforme cronograma de obras e regras dos shoppings.

Principais Atividades

  • Elétrica Básica: Troca e reparos de tomadas, interruptores, luminárias, fitas LED e disjuntores.
  • Hidráulica Simples: Troca e reparo de torneiras, válvulas de descarga, caixas acopladas, sifões e eliminação de vazamentos superficiais.
  • Instalações e Fixações: Montagem/fixação de suportes de TV, cortinas, prateleiras, fechaduras, acessórios diversos.
  • Pequenos Acabamentos: Retoques de pintura, aplicação de silicone.
  • Marcenaria e Mobiliário: Ajuste de portas, dobradiças, gavetas, puxadores e reparos em móveis comerciais.
  • Supervisão: Acompanhamento de serviços executados por terceiros ou prestadores especializados dentro da loja.
  • Equipamentos: Pequenos reparos em equipamentos.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Experiência comprovada em manutenção predial/comercial ou pequenos reparos gerais.
  • Ferramentaria própria básica completa para execução dos serviços.
  • NRs em dia (especialmente NR-10 e NR-35).
  • Disponibilidade total para trabalhar em horário noturno/madrugadas.

Diferenciais

  • CNH e veículo próprio (moto ou carro) para deslocamento ágil entre os municípios.
  • MEI ativo e emissão regular de Nota Fiscal.
