Das erwartet Dich

  • Du heißt unsere Gäste herzlich willkommen und sorgst für eine professionelle, persönliche Beratung und Betreuung
  • Mit deinem Organisationstalent stellst du einen reibungslosen Ablauf an der Rezeption sicher und achtest auf die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards
  • Check-in, Check-out, Rechnungsstellung und Kassenführung gehören zu deinem abwechslungsreichen Alltag am Front Office
  • Du behältst den Überblick über Debitoren und Kreditoren und stellst sicher, dass Zahlungsgarantien eingeholt und geprüft werden
  • Gemeinsam mit Housekeeping, Reservierung und Service bildest du ein starkes Team und sorgst für eine nahtlose Gästebetreuung
  • Durch deine Übersicht weißt du stets über die aktuelle Buchungssituation Bescheid
  • Reklamationen nimmst du professionell entgegen und findest für unsere Gäste eine zufriedenstellende Lösung
  • Mit Fingerspitzengefühl betreibst du Upselling im Sinne unserer Unternehmensphilosophie und trägst so aktiv zum Erfolg bei

Das zeichnet Dich aus

  • Du hast Freude daran, unsere Hotelgäste mit einem Lächeln zu begrüßen und dafür zu sorgen, dass sie sich vom ersten Augenblick an rundum wohl fühlen
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotelfach und/oder erste Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie
  • Du hast organisatorische Fähigkeiten und bist auch in hektischen Situationen belastbar, flexibel und zuverlässig
  • Du bist ehrgeizig, arbeitest gern im Team und übernimmst Verantwortung sowohl für das Haus als auch für die Dir anvertrauten Mitarbeiter
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Verkaufsfähigkeit
  • Dienstleistungsorientiertes und kostenbewusstes Denken und Handeln
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse – gute Anwenderkenntnisse der hotelspezifischen Computerprogramme, insbesondere OPERA
