Zur Verstärkung des bestehenden Teams suchen wir 2 Brandschutzbeauftragte_r Technisches Gebäudemanagement *w/m/d* Deine Aufgaben

* regelmäßige technische Bandschutz-Kontrollrundgänge in Wohn- und Gewerbeobjekten

* gewissenhafte Aufnahme aller Mängel im Bereich der sicherheitstechnischen Anlagen

* sowie sonstige Mängel an technische Anlagen

* Protokollierung der durchgeführten Rundgänge auf Basis der TRVB und die Erstellung von digitalen Brandschutzprotokollen

* Rufbereitschaft im Bedarfsfall (Feuerwehreinsatz, etc.)

Dein Profil

* Fachausbildung zum Thema Brandschutz

* Zusatzausbildungen zum Thema Brandschutz (z.B. RWA, DBA, BMA, SPA, etc.)

* Technische Grundausbildung von Vorteil (z.B. Lehrabschluss Elektro, HKLS / HTL / etc.)

* Berufserfahrung als Brandschutzbeauftragter bzw. in einer ähnlichen Position

* Technische Grundkenntnisse - Generelles Interesse an Gebäudetechnik

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln wie Smartphone, Tablet und modernen digitalen Tools

* Führerschein B

* Einwandfreies Leumundszeugnis
