Dann nutze deine Chance und verstärke unser Team als Gebäudetechniker / Service- & Wartungstechniker!Dein neuer Job: abwechslungsreich, vielseitig und interessant - in einer stabilen, jobsicheren undzukunftsorientierten Branche!Deine Aufgaben * Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Objektstandorten und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen technischen Gebäudebetriebs * Verantwortung für das Störungs- und Wartungsmanagement, inklusive Einleitung von Erstmaßnahmen sowie Koordination der Schadensbehebung * Fachliche Führung, Steuerung und Koordination des eingesetzten Techniker-Teams * Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe im Objektbetrieb sowie Überwachung von Servicequalität und Effizienz - inklusive Umsetzung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsmaßnahmen * Kontrolle, Bewertung und Abnahme von Leistungen durch externe Sublieferant:innen * Übernahme von Brandschutzaufgaben gemäß TRVB * Bereitschaftsdienst im Bedarfsfall * Dokumentation aller Tätigkeiten in der Unternehmenssoftware * Operative Mitarbeit in der Angebotslegung sowie bei der Auftragserfassung * Laufende Abstimmung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Backoffice hinsichtlich Service- und WartungsaktivitätenDein Profil * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Elektrotrechnik, HKLS, Mechatronik; Werkmeister) oder HTL-Abschluss * Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Objektleitung, Haustechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder im Facility Management mit Personalverantwortung * Brandschutzausbildung sowie Zusatzausbildungen im Bereich Brandschutz von Vorteil (z.B.
