Collaborateur/trice \- Recherche \& administration clients 80\-100%

Dans le cadre de la création d'un nouveau département, Primus SA recherche une personne motivée pour assurer le suivi de dossiers clients nécessitant des recherches complémentaires: coordonnées introuvables, déménagements, changements de propriétaires ou cessations d'activité. Votre mission sera de clarifier ces situations, retrouver des informations fiables et permettre à nos équipes de reprendre efficacement le traitement des dossiers.

Tâches -------

  • Analyser les dossiers transmis par nos collaborateurs du service extérieur et identifier les informations à clarifier
  • Rechercher et vérifier les coordonnées de clients, entreprises, propriétaires ou exploitants
  • Effectuer des recherches ciblées dans les registres publics et auprès des administrations
  • Clarifier les changements d'adresse, de raison sociale ou de propriétaire, ainsi que les situations liées aux bâtiments
  • Prendre contact, si nécessaire, avec les clients, entreprises ou administrations concernés
  • Mettre à jour les données dans nos systèmes internes et documenter les recherches effectuées
  • Transmettre les dossiers clarifiés au service extérieur et collaborer avec nos différents départements

Exigences ---------

  • Formation commerciale ou administrative, ou expérience professionnelle équivalente
  • Esprit curieux et analytique, ainsi qu'un goût pour la recherche et la résolution de problèmes
  • Méthode de travail rigoureuse, organisée, autonome et persévérante
  • Maîtrise du téléphone, des applications informatiques et des recherches en ligne
  • Une bonne maîtrise de l'allemand et du français est indispensable ; la maîtrise de l'italien est un atout
