Responsable SAV et maintenances BSA / RWA

Primus SA est une entreprise suisse active dans le domaine de la protection incendie. Pour un département à taille humaine, spécialisé dans les extinctions automatiques et les exutoires de fumée et de chaleur (RWA), nous recherchons un(e) responsable SAV et maintenances orienté(e) terrain et organisation.

100 % \- à Lyss (BE) avec présences régulières à St\-Aubin (FR)

Tâches -------

  • Organisation et coordination des activités de service après\-vente et de maintenance du département BSA / RWA
  • Planification des interventions et coordination des techniciens du service extérieur, en collaboration avec les chefs de projets
  • Suivi de l'avancement des maintenances, des échéances et des contrats de maintenance
  • Contrôle des rapports d'intervention et suivi de la qualité et de l'efficacité des prestations
  • Contacts réguliers avec les clients, organisation des rendez\-vous et suivi des demandes SAV
  • Collaboration étroite avec les équipes techniques et administratives pour assurer le bon déroulement des interventions
  • Organisation et suivi de projets/chantiers

Exigences ---------

  • Formation technique ou commerciale (CFC, ES, HES ou équivalent)
  • Expérience dans l'organisation d'un service technique, la planification d'interventions, le SAV ou la maintenance
  • Les connaissances spécifiques du domaine ne sont pas indispensables : une formation interne est assurée
  • Personne structurée, fiable et pragmatique, avec un bon sens de l'organisation et des priorités
  • À l'aise dans la coordination d'une petite équipe, le contact client et la prise de responsabilités
  • La maîtrise du français et de l'allemand est primordiale
