Deine Aufgabenbereiche:

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Standort in Holzkirchen hybrid oder remote eine/n (Senior) Project Manager Oracle (m/w/d).

  • Projektplanung und -management:Verantwortung für die gesamte Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von ERP-Projekten Entwicklung detaillierter Projektpläne, inkl. Zeitplänen, Budgetierung und Ressourcenmanagement Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Projektmeilensteinen und Deadlines
  • Implementierung und Rollout:Leitung des Implementierungsprozesses, einschließlich Koordination der Systemkonfiguration, Datenmigration und Systemtests Organisation von Schulungen Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Go-Live und Post-Go-Live-Supports (inkl. Cutover Planung)
  • Stakeholder-Management:Regelmäßige Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern Präsentation des Projektstatus und -fortschritts an das SteerCo und andere relevante Gremien Konflikt- und Risikomanagement
  • Qualitätssicherung:Überwachung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Best Practices Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Entwicklung von Risikomanagementstrategien Sicherstellung der Dokumentation aller relevanten Projektinformationen und -entscheidungen

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Berufserfahrung und Fachkenntnisse:Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von ERP-Projekten, vorzugsweise im Oracle Umfeld Nachweisbare Erfolge in der erfolgreichen Implementierung und Verwaltung von ERP-Systemen
  • Bildung und Qualifikationen:Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement (z.B. PMP, PRINCE2) von Vorteil
  • Fachliche und persönliche Kompetenzen:Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools (vorzugsweise Jira) Stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten Teamfähigkeit und Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten Hohe Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
