  • Observe, coach, and develop hotel team members at all levels, reinforcing role standards and building a culture of accountability, engagement, and “Consummate Host” service.
  • Hold regular one-to-one meetings with direct reports to review performance, discuss operational priorities, support wellbeing, and align on personal development and career goals.
  • Act as a visible brand ambassador for Princess Cruises, maintaining professional, positive relationships with guests, officers, and crew at all times.
  • Foster an inclusive, respectful, and high-performing culture across all hotel functions, valuing diversity of backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives.
  • Lead regular hotel inspections and product reviews, ensuring service, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Review guest feedback (including Passenger Relations data, Passenger in Focus files, and Let Us Know forms), identify trends and root causes, and drive cross-functional action plans to surprise and delight guests.
  • Chair the shipboard CRUISE Steering Committee, ensuring all meetings, initiatives, and engagement activities are delivered effectively and support the onboard culture and guest experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
