  • Plan, coordinate, and host a varied programme of teen activities, events, and social experiences that are age-appropriate, inclusive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Utilize Princess MedallionClass products, services, and applications to enhance teen and family engagement and personalize the onboard experience.
  • Partner closely with the Youth Activities Manager to schedule, deliver, and continuously improve youth and teen programming across sea days and port days.
  • Maintain a strong, visible presence in teen spaces and youth center, role-modelling positive behavior and building rapport with teens and their families.
  • Proactively gather, document, and communicate guest feedback, complaints, and special requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Support operational efficiencies by monitoring participation, identifying trends, and sharing best practices and improvement ideas with the wider team.
  • Ensure all teen activities and youth spaces comply with company policies, safeguarding requirements, and public health standards.
  • Oversee the setup, cleanliness, and atmosphere of teen areas, ensuring they are safe, welcoming, and ready for each activity.
  • Manage and monitor inventory of programme supplies, games, and equipment, ensuring appropriate stock levels, secure storage, and timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with other onboard departments (e.g. Entertainment, Hotel, Shorex) to promote teen and family offerings and support cross-departmental events.
  • Actively participate in required trainings, drills, and meetings, and perform assigned safety and emergency duties related to youth and teen operations.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
