  • De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn conform de CAO-Gehandicaptenzorg.
  • De functie is ingedeeld in FWG 40 (maximaal € 3.902,00 bruto per maand bij een fulltime arbeidsduur).
  • Twee cao-verhogingen van 2% in de maanden mei en november 2026;
  • Een goede pensioenregeling, vakantiegeld 8%, collectieve verzekeringen en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%;
  • 144 vakantie-uren en 57 uur balansverlof per kalenderjaar op basis van 36 uur;
  • Wisselende diensten bestaande uit 6, 8,of 8,5 uurs diensten.;

Wat ga je doen? Bij Prinsenstichting kiezen we voor samen. Samen werken, samen zorgen, samen doen. We gaan met elkaar om vanuit de filosofie van Gentle Teaching. We werken aan relaties waarin elke betrokkene zich veilig, geliefd en gewaardeerd voelt, verbonden met de ander.

Op Cornwallhof 1 en 1A wonen 13 cliënten in de leeftijd van 21 tot 76 jaar, functionerend op laag/middelhoog ontwikkelingsniveau. Alle cliënten vertonen in enige mate gedragsproblematiek, voortvloeiend uit autisme, aan autisme verwante stoornissen en/of discrepantie tussen het sociaal emotionele en cognitieve niveau.

Als cliëntbegeleider ben je werkzaam op zowel locatie 1 als 1A. ook wordt er intensief samengewerkt met de dagbesteding locatie.

Wie ben jij?

Als cliëntbegeleider, ben je samen met het team verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie, zorg, ondersteuning en begeleiding van cliënten. Daarbij weet je uitvoering en invulling te geven aan de individuele cliënt plannen. De meeste cliënten hebben een grote behoefte aan zekerheid en duidelijkheid. Jij als begeleider bent daarbij de belangrijkste factor. Jij biedt de cliënten veiligheid, sfeer, warme zorg en zorgt voor de juiste harmonie, die ook de onderlinge samenwerking ten goede komt.

Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat jij:

  • Een afgeronde pedagogische/verpleegkundige of verwante opleiding hebt op niveau 3 of 4;
  • Beschikt over goede mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden;
  • Fysiek belastbaar bent in verband met lichamelijke zorg;
  • Ervaring hebt met het werken met cliënten die intensieve begeleiding nodig hebben;
  • In staat bent om te reflecteren op eigen handelen;
  • Flexibel inzetbaar bent en weet van aanpakken.
