MISSÃO

Garantir a integridade, quantidade, qualidade e conformidade dos materiais e produtos movimentados na operação logística da empresa, por meio de conferência criteriosa nas etapas de recebimento, armazenagem, separação e expedição. Contribuir para a acuracidade dos estoques, prevenção de perdas e cumprimento de normas de segurança e qualidade.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

Realizar conferência física e documental dos materiais e produtos recebidos, confrontando quantidades, especificações e condições com notas fiscais, pedidos de compra e laudos de inspeção;

Identificar, registrar e comunicar divergências, avarias ou não conformidades ao responsável pelo setor e providenciar os devidos registros.

Garantir que o armazenamento dos materiais seja realizado em local adequado, conforme padrões de organização, segurança e identificação definidos pela empresa;

Controlar o giro de estoques, monitorando vencimentos, condições de armazenamento e inventário rotativo.

Montar o Roteiro de Separação dos pedidos, garantindo a rota mais eficiente, reduzindo o tempo de movimentação dos separadores e considerando o melhor acondicionamento dos itens, por pallet, marca e tipo de produto (JIT, PRG, etc.).

Separar os Itens Adicionais na área destinada a montagem de KITs conforme operação de "Mercado", embalando e acondicionando junto aos demais itens, assim como realizar o apontamento no sistema após separação.

Conferir os itens separados após disponibilizados na área de conferência, junto às notas emitidas, podendo identificar e apontar divergências, registrando as inconsistências no sistema;

Realizar a conferência final antes do carregamento, garantindo que quantidade, lote, embalagem e identificação estejam corretos.

Separar e organizar os pedidos conforme romaneios por transportadora e rotas, realizando o check-list de expedição, garantindo que identificação e quantidades estejam corretos e por fim acompanhando o carregamento dos produtos nos veículos.

Realizar a contagem cíclica e inventários rotativos, de acordo com a lista de itens fornecida pelo líder operacional;

Auxiliar na identificação de divergências e apoiar na apuração de causas e correções necessárias.

Preencher e conferir formulários, relatórios e registros relativos à movimentação de materiais, conferências, não conformidades e inventários;

Zelar pela organização, limpeza e segurança dos ambientes de trabalho, seguindo as normas internas.

Colaborar com equipes de produção e transportes, facilitando o fluxo de informações e a resolução de problemas;

Orientar auxiliares de logística quanto às rotinas de conferência e boas práticas operacionais.

Utilizar o EPI - Equipamento de Proteção Individual de acordo com o cargo e suas atividades.

Executar outras atividades de complexidades equivalentes, de acordo com a necessidade da área/empresa.

REQUISITOS

Desejável experiência mínima de 1 ano em atividades de conferência em logística, centros de distribuição, transportadoras ou almoxarifados;

Ensino Médio Completo.
