MISSÃO

Garantir a confiabilidade dos processos de planejamento integrado de vendas e operações (S&OP), por meio da análise, consolidação e comunicação de informações de demanda, capacidade produtiva, estoques e recursos, fornecendo subsídios para decisões estratégicas e táticas que assegurem o equilíbrio entre oferta e demanda, níveis de serviço, custos e rentabilidade do negócio.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Consolidar dados de previsão de vendas, históricos e informações de mercado, integrando inputs das áreas Comercial, Operações, Logística e Finanças.
  • Elaborar cenários de demanda e suportar a construção do plano de demanda mensal, garantindo consistência com planos de produção, suprimentos e financeiros.
  • Realizar análises de cenários, riscos e oportunidades relacionados à demanda, capacidade produtiva, estoques e margens.
  • Modelar impactos de variações de demanda ou restrições de supply chain, propondo alternativas de mitigação.
  • Gerar dashboards e relatórios para a liderança, traduzindo dados complexos em recomendações claras.
  • Garantir que as projeções de demanda estejam alinhadas com a capacidade produtiva, recursos logísticos e políticas de estoque.
  • Apoiar a definição de planos de capacidade, priorização de produção e transferências entre unidades.
  • Definir e revisar parâmetros de estoque (estoque de segurança, lead times, níveis de cobertura) para equilibrar nível de serviço e custos.
  • Monitorar indicadores de performance de estoques (giro, obsolescência, rupturas e outros).
  • Apoiar a implementação e utilização de ferramentas de previsão avançada (ERP, APS, IA/ML).
  • Atuar como elo de comunicação entre Comercial, Operações, Supply Chain, Finanças e demais áreas, assegurando alinhamento das prioridades.
  • Identificar riscos na cadeia de suprimentos e propor planos de contingência, como alternativas de fornecimento ou buffers estratégicos.
  • Executar outras atividades de complexidade equivalente, de acordo com a necessidade da área/empresa.

REQUISITOS

  • Sólida experiência em áreas como PCP, orçamento, Eng. de Produto, logística ou produção.
  • Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Logística ou áreas afins.
  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Logística ou áreas afins será considerado um diferencial.
  • Certificações APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP ou similares) ou cursos de Forecasting/Advanced Planning serão considerados diferenciais.
  • Conhecimentos em ferramentas analíticas (Power BI, Tableau) e ERP/APS (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis etc.).
