MISSÃO

Executar e supervisionar as atividades operacionais dos processos logísticos, assegurando a correta execução das rotinas de recebimento, armazenagem, separação, conferência, expedição, transporte interno e emissão de documentos, garantindo qualidade, segurança, integridade e cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Supervisionar as rotinas diárias de recebimento, armazenagem, separação, conferência, expedição, transporte interno e controle de estoques, garantindo a execução adequada dos processos logísticos;
  • Supervisionar as operações de transporte interno e externo, incluindo programação de rotas, controle de entregas, acompanhamento do desempenho das transportadoras e gestão dos custos de transporte e manutenção da frota;
  • Garantir a acuracidade e agilidade na separação e conferência dos pedidos, assegurando o abastecimento das áreas de picking e prevenindo erros de embarque;
  • Supervisionar o recebimento físico e sistêmico de materiais e produtos acabados, garantindo registros corretos e a organização e otimização do layout logístico;
  • Garantir o fluxo operacional para atendimento dos pedidos dentro dos prazos estabelecidos, acompanhando ocorrências e atuando na resolução de desvios;
  • Acompanhar a emissão correta e dentro dos prazos das notas fiscais e demais documentos necessários à expedição, assegurando a integridade dos produtos e a conformidade documental;
  • Realizar inventários cíclicos, monitorar saldos físicos e sistêmicos e acompanhar divergências, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações de estoque;
  • Monitorar indicadores operacionais de produtividade, acuracidade e cumprimento de prazos, identificando desvios e implementando ações corretivas;
  • Liderar e desenvolver a equipe, acompanhando as necessidades de seleção, capacitação, desenvolvimento, reconhecimento e engajamento dos colaboradores;
  • Acompanhar o orçamento e os recursos da área, buscando oportunidades de redução de custos, aumento da produtividade e melhoria contínua dos processos logísticos;
  • Executar outras atividades de complexidades equivalentes, de acordo com a necessidade da área/empresa.

REQUISITOS

  • Experiência em Logística, com atuação em armazenagem, expedição e transporte;
  • Experiência em liderança de equipes;
  • Ensino Superior completo em Logística, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento em gestão de estoques, processos logísticos, legislação de transporte e normas de segurança;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP/WMS e Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e Power BI;
  • Experiência com SAP será um diferencial.
