The posting

Printpack, a leading manufacturer in flexible packaging is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Shipper/Receiver opening at their Douglas Hill located in Lithia Springs, Georgia. This position reports to the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor.

Pay: $20.66 - $30.98 per hour depending on experience

Schedule: Day Shift 6:00am – 6:00pm on a 3/2 rotating schedule

Benefits:

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Previous forklift experience

• General knowledge of the day-to-day operations of shipping/receiving in a warehouse

Preferred Skills: • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Crystal Reports, OMS and Prism.

Internal Requirements:

• Last performance review was rated "Performer" or higher. • No disciplinary actions beyond a verbal within the past 120 days.

• Must have been in current position for at least 120 days.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bills of Lading & Master Bills
  • Handle export papers, shipper’s export declaration, commercial invoices, advanced shipping notifications, all customer’s special requests
  • Provide back-up coverage, as needed, and other duties as assigned
  • Clearing the hold line and placing product within the warehouse
  • Use of RF scanner
  • Forklift operation
  • Provide, but not be limited to, coordinating and planning the shipments of finished products as well as receiving raw materials
  • Accurately ship finished goods
  • Unload and store raw materials
  • Load and unload trucks
