We believe in the power of the traditional sales consultant—a dedicated professional who knows how to build relationships, guide customers through the buying process, and close deals with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and present the Lexus lineup.
  • Guide clients through vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and the purchasing process.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
  • Deliver an exceptional, premium guest experience that aligns with the Lexus brand standards.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales volume and customer satisfaction targets.
