Die Privatklinik Laßnitzhöhe betreut jährlich mehr als 4.000 stationäre Patienten und bietet mit ihrem multiprofessionellen Team Rehabilitation für neurologische und orthopädische Erkrankungen an.

In der Privatklinik Laßnitzhöhe steht der Mensch in seiner Gesamtheit im Mittelpunkt. Es ist die Aufgabe der Rehabilitationsmedizin, die Lebensqualität und Leistungsfähigkeit des Betroffenen zu verbessern. Um dies zu erreichen, werden in einem integrativen Therapieansatz medizinische, therapeutische und pflegerische Erkenntnisse zu einem Gesamtbehandlungsplan zusammengefasst.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Verwaltung - Therapieplanung (m/w/d) Privatklinik Laßnitzhöhe

Beschäftigungsausmaß: Teilzeit / Vollzeit

IHRE AUFGABEN:

* Erstellung und Koordination von Therapieplänen für Patient_innen/Therapeut_innen

* Umsetzen ärztlicher Therapieanweisungen/Änderungen

* Verantwortung für die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben - insbesondere des Leistungsprofils

* Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team

* Qualitätssicherung der Dokumentationen

* Allfällige Büroarbeiten (Telefon, E-Mail, Anfragen, Druck von Therapieplänen, etc.)

IHR PROFIL:

* abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. HAK, Lehre, Matura) oder Erfahrung im therapeutischen Bereich

* sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office)

* hohe IT- und Softwareaffinität

* sicherer Umgang mit Planungs- und Verwaltungssystemen

* ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, strategische Denkweise

* Fähigkeit, komplexe Abläufe effizient zu planen und zu koordinieren

* idealerweise Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen bzw. im Umgang mit Therapieprogrammen
