In dieser Position übernimmst du gemeinsam mit der ärztlich\-psychologischen Leitung die medizinisch\-therapeutische, organisatorische und konzeptionelle Leitung der Privatabteilung.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du führst das Pflegeteam der Privatabteilung personell und fachlich: von der Einarbeitung über Mitarbeitendengespräche bis zur gezielten Förderung im Alltag
  • Du arbeitest regelmässig selbst im Pflegedienst mit, betreust Patient\*innen direkt und bist so für dein Team im Alltag präsent und nahbar
  • Gemeinsam mit der ärztlich\-psychologischen Leitung leitest du die Abteilung und entwickelst Behandlungskonzepte, Abläufe und das Leistungsangebot interprofessionell weiter
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Patient\*innen im Mittelpunkt stehen: mit einer individuellen, psychotherapeutisch ausgerichteten Pflege und einem hohen Anspruch an Hospitality
  • Du stellst eine bedarfsgerechte Personal\- und Einsatzplanung sicher und setzt dabei auf Partizipation: dein Team gestaltet die Dienstplanung aktiv und eigenverantwortlich mit
  • Du entwickelst Pflegequalität und Prozesse laufend weiter, im Sinne von Shared Governance mit Pflegefach\- und Bildungsexpertise sowie mit Lean\-Instrumenten wie dem Kaizen\-Board
  • Du lebst eine offene Dialog\- und Fehlerkultur, in der Fehler als Lernchancen gelten und das Wohlbefinden des Teams zählt

Dein Profil

  • Du bist eine diplomierte Pflegefachperson AKP/DN II/HF/FH mit Schwerpunkt Psychiatrie und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Du hast eine Führungsweiterbildung (CAS\-Leadership oder ähnliches). Idealerweise bringst du bereits Führungserfahrung mit
  • Die Umsetzung des Pflegeprozesses und die stetige Qualitätsentwicklung in der Pflege begeistert dich ebenso, wie eine gute Work\-Life Balance
  • Du bist eine integrative Führungspersönlichkeit, verfügst über eine ausgewiesene Organisationskompetenz, betriebswirtschaftliches Know\-how und eine hohe Affinität zur Hospitality
