Kandidati koji se prijavljuju na natječaj pored općih uvjeta moraju ispunjavati i posebne uvjete sukladno čl. 105. i čl. 106. Zakona o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi (NN 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14,07/17, 68/18, 98/19,64/20, 151/22,156/23) i Pravilniku o stručnoj spremi i pedagoško-psihološkom obrazovanju nastavnika u srednjem školstvu (NN 1/96. i 80/99).

Radni odnos u školi ne može zasnovati osoba za koju postoje zapreke iz čl. 106. Zakona o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi.

Uz vlastoručno potpisanu prijavu kandidati su obvezni priložiti:

- životopis,

- preslik diplome ili druge valjane isprave kojom se dokazuje razina i vrsta stručne spreme

- dokaz o državljanstvu,

- uvjerenje nadležnog suda da se protiv kandidata ne vodi kazneni postupak glede zapreka za zasnivanje radnog odnosa iz čl. 106. Zakona o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi,

- elektronički zapis ili potvrdu o podacima evidentiranim u bazi podataka HZMO-a.

Sukladno Zakonu o ravnopravnosti spolova (NN 82/08 i 69/17) na natječaj se mogu ravnopravno prijaviti osobe oba spola. Izrazi koji se koriste u natječaju, a imaju rodno značenje koriste se neutralno i odnose se jednako na muške i ženske osobe.

Prijavom na natječaj kandidati su suglasni da Škola kao voditelj obrade osobnih podataka može prikupljati, koristiti i dalje obrađivati osobne podatke u svrhu provedbe natječajnog postupka sukladno pozitivnim propisima o zaštiti osobnih podataka.

Kandidatom u natječajnom postupku smatra se osoba koja je podnijela urednu, pravovremenu i potpunu prijavu na natječaj zajedno sa svim ispravama i prilozima navedenim u natječaju te koja ispunjava uvjete iz natječaja. Nepotpune, neuredne te nepravovremene prijave neće se razmatrati, niti će podnositelji takvih prijava naknadno biti pozvani na dopunu prijave. Prilozi odnosno isprave koje su kandidati dužni priložiti uz prijavu na natječaj dostavljaju se u neovjerenoj preslici koja se ne vraća kandidatima, a izabrani kandidat je dužan školi prije sklapanja ugovora o radu dostaviti izvornike.

Rok za podnošenje prijava je 8 dana od dana objave natječaja.
