Du suchst eine abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe mit Verantwortung? In dieser Assistenzstelle begleitest du alles von Wohnungsbesichtigungen bis zur Mieterauswahl und unterstützt unser Bewirtschaftungsteam in St. Gallen bei der Betreuung eines spannenden Immobilienportfolios.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail

  • Bearbeitung von Mieteranliegen und Kündigungen
  • Erstellen von Mietverträgen, Nachträgen sowie Schlussabrechnungen
  • Durchführung von Besichtigungen für Wohn\- und Gewerbeobjekte, Wohnungsabnahmen und \-übergaben
  • Erteilung von Handwerkeraufträgen sowie Überwachung der Ausführung
  • Insertion von Mietobjekten
  • Mitarbeit bei Mandatsübernahmen und \-abgängen
  • Mitarbeit bei Versicherungsfällen bis zur Abrechnung mit den Versicherungsgesellschaften
  • Unterstützung in der Kreditoren\- und Debitorenbuchhaltung (Kontrolle, Kontierung, Mahnwesen, Inkasso etc.)
  • Selbständige Korrespondenzführung sowie allgemeine Büro\-, Sekretariats\-, Ablage\- und Archivierungsaufgaben

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit Durchblick und dir entgeht so schnell nichts
  • Auch in herausfordernden Situationen reagierst du mit Ruhe und Gelassenheit
