It reports into the VP of Public Affairs.

What you’ll do:

  • Coalition & Relationship Building: You will convert allies into champions, undecideds into friends, and find ways to work with those who don’t see eye to eye while you engage with 3rd party stakeholders, peers, and competitors across the broader gaming ecosystem, including but not limited to casino operators, tribal gaming communities, and others.
  • Legislative and Regulatory Strategy: You will lead our legislative and regulatory strategy development and engagement in your jurisdictions and keep internal company stakeholders informed on progress toward company goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with comms, legal, product, and marketing teams to tell the PrizePicks story and support our user community.
  • Management & Execution: Manage a roster of external firms and lobbyists, ensuring every resource is used for maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Travel: Attend frequent stakeholder meetings, political organization conferences, and industry and relationship building events.

What you have:

  • Experience & Expertise: 5+ years of experience in policy, government, and/or campaign roles with a strong grasp of politics, media and comms, the legislative process and familiarity with tech, consumer apps, and gaming issues.
  • Strong Communication: The ability to distill complex competitive and policy dynamics into short, high impact, politically attuned messaging for both internal and external audiences.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: The ability to quickly forge connections and build relationships, both internal and external.
  • Strategic Thinking at Pace and Scale: An aptitude for finding creative ways to secure wins in rapidly changing environments across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Growth Mindset: A conviction that there’s always a way through and the persistence to keep adapting until you find the right solution. Each new challenge is an opportunity not just for professional acceleration but also a chance to grow our internal culture of excellence.
  • Integrity: Ability to pass key personnel submissions and background checks as part of gaming licenses.
  • Mission-Driven: A competitive mindset and a passion for making sure consumers have access to innovative new options.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
