The posting

Voor een werfgebonden opdracht binnen grote wegeniswerken zijn wij op korte termijn op zoek naar een accurate Quantity Surveyor / Werf-inventarisator. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de periodieke, fysieke auditing van de aanwezige goederen, materialen en het materieel op onze diverse locaties in Antwerpen.

Dit is een operationele en logistiek-technische rol waarbij je hoofdzakelijk buiten op de werflocaties actief bent om de materiaal- en goederenstromen fysiek te verifiëren en administratief sluitend te maken.

Voornaamste taken

  • Fysieke auditing: Het maandelijks fysiek tellen, controleren en registreren van de aanwezige goederen, verbruiksartikelen en bouwmaterieel op diverse werfzones.
  • Identificatie & Tracking: Het accuraat registreren van materieelnummers, serienummers, barcodes of andere unieke identificatiegegevens van machines en gereedschappen.
  • Rapportage: Het digitaal verwerken en overzichtelijk rapporteren van de feitelijke vaststellingen versus de theoretische voorraadstanden aan de aankoopdienst/het projectmanagement.

Bijkomende informatie

  • Deze opdracht staat open voor flexijob of freelancer
  • Maandelijkse opdracht gedurende 1 jaar, aantal dagen varieert van omvang te inventariseren werf
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke rol (bijv. werf-auditor, materiaalbeheerder, operationeel QS of logistiek controleur) binnen de grond-, weg- en waterbouw (GWW) of grote industriële projecten.
  • Zeer nauwkeurig, analytisch, computervaardig (voor digitale registratie) en communicatief sterk.
  • Het bezit van een geldig VCA-certificaat (basis of VOL) is zeker pluspunt maar geen verreiste
  • Beschikking over eigen vervoer om zelfstandig tussen de verschillende locaties in de regio Antwerpen te pendelen.
