About Us: Pro Coffee Gear is a fast-growing ecommerce and wholesale distributor of commercial and home espresso equipment. We serve cafés, roasters, restaurants, and serious home baristas with new and refurbished espresso machines, grinders, and accessories from the most respected brands in coffee.

About the Role

We're hiring a hands-on technician with a background in electrical, mechanical, or automotive systems to repair and refurbish coffee equipment. No coffee experience needed. If you can diagnose a wiring fault or rebuild a pump, we'll teach you espresso machines. You'll work alongside our senior technicians, build your skills on a wide range of equipment, and grow into more complex repair work over time.

What You'll Do

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and water-system issues across multiple brands
  • Test finished equipment so it meets quality standards before it ships
  • Follow and help improve documented repair procedures
  • Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on technical work (automotive, electrical, HVAC, appliance, industrial maintenance, or similar)
  • Comfortable with multimeters, wiring diagrams, and service manuals
  • Methodical, detail-oriented, and proud of quality work
  • Able to lift and move equipment (50+ lbs)
  • Interest in learning coffee equipment
