Wat houdt de functie in als CNC-frezer?

Als CNC-frezer werk je in een vast dagregime en sta je zelfstandig in voor het instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van verschillende freesmachines. Met jouw kennis van machinetechnologie zorg je ervoor dat de verschillende bewerkingen correct en nauwkeurig worden uitgevoerd. Zo lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en afwerking van de geproduceerde onderdelen. Daarnaast maak je gebruik van CAD-CAM-software om de machines efficiënt aan te sturen en de bewerkingsprocessen optimaal te laten verlopen. Je bewaakt het volledige productieproces en controleert of de bewerkingen voldoen aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsvereisten. Wanneer nodig stuur je de machines of processen bij om een nauwkeurig eindresultaat te garanderen. Je komt terecht in een gespecialiseerde en professionele werkomgeving waar technisch inzicht, zelfstandigheid en oog voor detail belangrijk zijn. Tegelijkertijd werk je samen met collega's en wordt er belang gehecht aan flexibiliteit, kwaliteit en een goede samenwerking.

Je hebt een goede en aantoonbare kennis van machinetechnologie. Daarnaast is kennis van een CAD-CAM systeem vereist om de freesmachines correct aan te sturen. Je werkt met uiterste precisie en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail. Je stelt je flexibel op en hecht veel waarde aan een goede collegialiteit op de werkvloer.
