Wil jij aan de slag als vrachtwagentechnieker in daguren in de regio Antwerpen?

Ben je een ervaren vrachtwagentechnieker en wil je jouw technische expertise verder inzetten binnen een internationale merkwerkplaats? Dan is deze vacature zeker het ontdekken waard! Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig onderhouden en herstellen van zware bedrijfsvoertuigen, waaronder vrachtwagens en bussen. Je werkt voltijds in een vast dagrooster en ontvangt een bruto uurloon tussen €18,50 en €23,50, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring. Voor kandidaten met ruime ervaring en een stabiel professioneel parcours kan het loon zelfs oplopen tot €25 per uur. Daarbovenop geniet je van maaltijdcheques van €3,40 per gewerkte dag, overurenpremies, vergoedingen voor wachtdiensten en diverse extralegale voordelen.

Wat houdt de functie in als vrachtwagentechnieker?

Als vrachtwagentechnieker sta je zelfstandig in voor het onderhoud en de herstellingen van vrachtwagens, bussen en andere zware bedrijfsvoertuigen. Je voert uiteenlopende mechanische, elektrische en technische werkzaamheden uit en zorgt ervoor dat elk voertuig in optimale staat verkeert. Zo draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en technische kwaliteit van het wagenpark.

Daarnaast ga je actief op zoek naar technische defecten en storingen. Je onderzoekt de oorzaak van elk probleem en zorgt voor een doeltreffende en duurzame oplossing. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega-techniekers, de teamleider en de servicemanager om alle opdrachten efficiënt en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen af te handelen.

Ook jouw professionele ontwikkeling krijgt de nodige aandacht. Via gerichte opleidingen krijg je de mogelijkheid om jouw technische vaardigheden verder aan te scherpen en nieuwe technologieën te leren kennen. Zo kan je onder andere gespecialiseerde certificaten behalen voor het werken aan CNG- en elektrische voertuigen.

Daarnaast beschik je over kennis van of ervaring met zware bedrijfsvoertuigen, zoals vrachtwagens, bussen, landbouwvoertuigen of heftrucks. Je voert je werkzaamheden altijd zelfstandig uit in de werkplaats. Tot slot heb je de motivatie om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen en steeds bij te leren via technische trainingen.
