The posting

Als Samensteller metaalconstructie in Eeklo stel je zelfstandig zware en complexe staalconstructies samen. Je komt terecht bij een gekende en stabiele speler binnen de metaalconstructie. Het gaat om een voltijdse functie met uitzicht op een vast contract na een geslaagde uitzendperiode.

Op de werkvloer lees he technische tekeningen en stel je op basis daarvan diverse constructies samen. Je controleert de afmetingen van de afzonderlijke constructieonderdelen zorgvuldig en daarna duidt je de lasnaden nauwkeurig aan op de stukken. Om het samenbouwen vlot te laten verlopen, stel je zelf de nodige hulpconstructies samen.

Samen met je collega's help je actief mee om de meest logische en efficiënte samenbouw volgorde te bepalen. Na het lassen voer je een grondige visuele controle uit op de gelaste constructies. Hierbij let je scherp op eventuele lasfouten en de juiste maatvoering.

Kwaliteit en veiligheid staan centraal in deze job. Je helpt actief mee zoeken naar manieren om de kwaliteit verder te verbeteren. Je doet hiervoor zelf verbetervoorstellen en helpt mee om deze op de werkvloer uit te werken. Daarnaast houdt je tijdens alle werkzaamheden strikt toezicht op de geldende voorschriften voor veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu, energie en kwaliteit.

Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma middelbaar onderwijs (ASO of TSO), bij voorkeur in een technische richting.

Je hebt een passie voor technische zaken en houdt ervan om dingen in elkaar steken.

Je beschikt over goed ruimtelijk inzicht en kan technische plannen lezen en interpreteren.

Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. want veiligheid is topprioriteit.

Je kan communiceren in het Nederlands en Engels.
