Die Abteilung Zentrale Dienste der Beratungsstelle Zürich ist die erste Anlaufstelle für Klient\*inen, Angehörige, Fachstellen, Institutionen und Behörden aus dem Kanton Zürich.

Sachbearbeiter\*in Administration 50 %

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienen des Empfangs und Besucher\*innen anmelden
  • Bedienen der Telefonzentrale und Triage der Telefonanfragen in die Dienstleistungen
  • Bewirtschaftung des E\-Mail\-Postfaches
  • Allgemeine administrative AufgabenArbeiten im Hausdienst, Einrichten von Räumen und Einkaufen von Bestellungen bei Veranstaltungen

  • Ausgeprägtes IT\-Verständnis auf AnwenderebeneStrukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
