Aufgaben

* Erarbeiten der strategischen Applikations\-Architektur für das Kernbankensysteme und die Applikationen im direkten Umfeld im Einklang mit der IT\- und Unternehmensstrategie * Sicherstellung, dass fachliche Anforderungen strukturiert aufbereitet und gechallenged werden * Entwicklung der Referenzarchitektur über alle fachlichen Domänen hinweg * Entwicklung Umsetzungsroadmap, inkl. kritischem Pfad, Abhängigkeiten und "exit points" * Begleitung der Vendorenauswahl, inkl. challengen von Kosten

Anforderungen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Architekt (Domänen/Enterprise) in komplexen IT\-Landschaften besonders im Umfeld von Kernbankensystemen (z.B. Bestandesführung, Abrechnung und Abwicklung für/von Konten, Wertschriften, Zahlungsverkehr und Finanzierung)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Architektur\-Frameworks (z. B. TOGAF), Capability\-Based Modelling sowie gängiger Integrations\- und Architekturpattern
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Kernbankentransformationen mit unterschiedlichen Produkten und über sämtliche Projektphasen hinweg
  • Breites Wissen über Banking\-Applikationen, IT\-Lösungen und bankenspezifische Referenzarchitekturen

Persönlichkeit

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Sicherheit in der adressatengerechten Kommunikation auf allen Hierarchiestufen \- vom C\-Level bis zu den Umsetzungsteams
  • Strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge ganzheitlich zu erfassen.
