Pro Inter Esch recrute pour l'un de ses clients un Chef de Projet Travaux (M/F) spécialisé en électricité et HVAC afin de renforcer son équipe sur un site technique de prestige.Vos principales responsabilités :Gestion et suivi des projets• Participer à la préparation des offres commerciales, devis et budgets liés aux différents projets.• Réaliser les estimations financières et techniques nécessaires à la préparation des chantiers.• Élaborer les notes de calcul et documents techniques en fonction des besoins des projets.• Anticiper les besoins en matériel, équipements et ressources nécessaires à la bonne réalisation des travaux.• Assurer le suivi des approvisionnements et veiller à optimiser la gestion des ressources.Planification et organisation• Organiser et coordonner les différentes interventions sur site.• Planifier les ressources humaines et matérielles nécessaires à chaque intervention.• Assurer le suivi des plannings et veiller au respect des délais prévus.• Coordonner les différents intervenants afin de garantir la bonne progression des travaux.Support technique et expertise• Apporter un accompagnement technique quotidien aux équipes intervenant sur le terrain.• Être un référent technique sur les projets complexes dans les domaines de l'électricité et du HVAC.• Contrôler la qualité des travaux réalisés et veiller à leur conformité avec les exigences techniques.• Identifier les éventuels problèmes techniques et participer à la mise en place de solutions adaptées.Profil recherché :• Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme technique de niveau BTS, DUT ou équivalent.• Une expérience professionnelle équivalente dans le domaine peut également être considérée.• Vous disposez de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience significative dans la gestion et le suivi de chantiers.• Vous possédez de solides connaissances techniques dans les domaines de l'électricité et du HVAC.• Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'organisation et savez gérer plusieurs projets ou interventions simultanément.• Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et doté d'un bon esprit d'analyse.• Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et disposez de bonnes qualités relationnelles.Vous recherchez un emploi ?
