Pro Inter Esch recrute pour l'un de ses clients un Vitrier Dépannage (H/F) afin d'intervenir rapidement auprès des clients pour des travaux de dépannage et de remplacement de vitrages, en garantissant la sécurité des lieux et la qualité des interventions.Vos principales responsabilités :• Intervenir rapidement sur appel afin de répondre aux demandes de dépannage en vitrerie.• Réaliser des interventions d'urgence pour sécuriser les lieux et limiter les risques.• Effectuer des condamnations provisoires de vitrages endommagés ou brisés.• Assurer le remplacement de vitrages en urgence, dans le cadre d'un service disponible 24h/24 et 7j/7.• Analyser les situations rencontrées et établir un diagnostic afin de déterminer les solutions adaptées.• Prendre les mesures nécessaires et identifier les besoins en matériel pour les interventions.• Réaliser les travaux de réparation et de remplacement dans le respect des exigences de qualité et de sécurité.• Assurer une communication professionnelle avec les clients, notamment dans des situations urgentes ou délicates.• Veiller au respect des délais d'intervention et des consignes de sécurité.• Assurer le suivi des interventions et le bon entretien du matériel utilisé.Profil recherché :• Vous disposez idéalement d'une formation ou d'une expérience dans le domaine de la vitrerie, du dépannage ou dans un métier technique similaire.• Vous maîtrisez les techniques de remplacement et de réparation de vitrages.• Vous êtes capable d'analyser rapidement une situation et d'identifier les solutions adaptées.• Vous êtes réactif, autonome et capable de gérer les interventions d'urgence.• Vous faites preuve de rigueur, de précision et d'un bon sens de l'organisation.• Vous disposez de bonnes qualités relationnelles et savez gérer les échanges avec les clients, même dans des situations délicates.• Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome tout en respectant les procédures et les règles de sécurité.• Vous êtes flexible et disponible pour des interventions d'urgence, selon les modalités du service.• Vous êtes titulaire du permis B obligatoire.Vous recherchez un emploi ?
