The posting

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Water Jet Operator to set up and operate cutting equipment in a metal manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain production targets while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.   • $25 - $30 an hour based on experience

Requirements

  • Previous waterjet or CNC machine operating experience required.
  • Experience in metal manufacturing and fabrication.
  • Ability to read work instructions and follow production specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience operating tow motors and overhead cranes preferred.
  • Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently squat, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, and reach.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Benefits

  • Base pay: $25 - $30 per hour based on experience.
  • Additional 15% shift differential for 2nd Shift.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance eligibility after 90 days.
