Für unser Dienstleistungscenter Oberland suchen wir für die Stadt Dübendorf per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Sozialarbeiter/in 80-100% ##

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie beraten Kunden/innen und deren Angehörige zu Themen wie Finanzen, Wohnen, Gesundheit, Vorsorge und Erwachsenenschutz, Pensionierung und soziale Teilhabe.
  • Sie bieten individuelle Unterstützung, begleiten in schwierigen Lebenssituationen und helfen bei der Vermittlung von Sachhilfen und finanziellen Leistungen.
  • Sie sind zuständig für die ältere Bevölkerung von Dübendorf und pflegen auch das Netzwerk.
  • Im Team der Sozialberatung unterstützen Sie sich gegenseitig und stehen im regelmässigen Austausch.
  • Sie setzen sich für eine gute Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen/innen der anderen Dienstleistungen von PSZH ein.
  • Vorträge zu Themen wie Ergänzungsleistungen, Docupass etc. übernehmen Sie mit Freude und vertreten PSZH in der Öffentlichkeit.
  • Sie tätigen ZLV-Vorabklärungen und Überweisungen.
  • Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit Beratungen im Bereich der Vorsorgeregelung zu übernehmen (Pensum 20%)

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor einer Fachhochschule für Soziale Arbeit und haben relevante Berufserfahrung in der Sozialberatung.
  • In den Sozialversicherungen, spezifisch im Bereich der Ergänzungsleistungen, kennen Sie sich aus.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne selbstständig, übernehmen Verantwortung und sind belastbar.
  • Sie sind eine kommunikative, empathische Persönlichkeit und schätzen den fachlichen Austausch im Team.
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, Sie können sich gut organisieren und setzen Prioritäten richtig.
  • Sie sind vertraut mit administrativen Aufgaben und bringen gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse mit.
