Sozialarbeiter/in Treuhanddienst 70% ##

Was Sie bei uns bewirken

  • Für unsere Dienstleistung «Treuhanddienst» leiten Sie vier Gruppen mit insgesamt 50 Freiwilligen, die Seniorinnen und Senioren ab 60 Jahren diskret und engagiert in administrativen und finanziellen Belangen entlasten.
  • Sie gewinnen und schulen Freiwillige, begleiten und unterstützen sie fachlich wie auch organisatorisch.
  • Sie planen und moderieren regelmässige Informations- und Austauschformate, um Wissen zu teilen, die Zusammenarbeit und den persönlichen Austausch zu fördern.
  • Für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden sind Sie die übergeordnete Kontaktperson, klären Fragen, koordinieren neue Mandate und sorgen dabei für den passenden menschlichen Match zwischen freiwillig Engagierten und unserer Kundschaft.
  • Sie prüfen Jahresrechnungen und Budgets und gewährleisten eine korrekte Fakturierung.
  • Ergänzend übernehmen Sie punktuelle Aufgaben rund um unsere Dienstleistung - etwa bei Anlässen oder beim Aufbereiten von fachlichen Informationen für unsere Freiwilligen.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Ihrer Kollegin zusammen, unterstützen sich gegenseitig und schätzen eine kollegiale und unkomplizierte Zusammenarbeit.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss einer Fachhochschule für Soziale Arbeit oder über eine gleichwertige Ausbildung.
  • Sie sind eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, mit Erfahrung in der Freiwilligen- und Altersarbeit oder grossem Interesse daran.
  • Zudem haben Sie ein Zahlenflair, Freude an administrativen Aufgaben und keine Scheu vor sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Themen.
  • Sie sind empathisch, durchsetzungsstark und kommunikativ - die optimale Unterstützung für unsere Freiwilligen.
  • Sie erarbeiten fachlichen Input, moderieren Gruppen und geben Ihr Wissen gerne und auf verständliche Weise weiter.
