Pro Senectute Stadt St. Gallen ist eine Fachorganisation im Rahmen der freiwilligen, ambulanten Alterssozialarbeit. Im Einzugsgebiet leben rund 80'000 Menschen, davon zirka 14'000 im AHV Alter.

Arbeiten Sie gerne mit alten Menschen ? Ist es Ihr Anliegen, materielle und immaterielle Not zu lindern? Seniorinnen und Senioren so zu beraten, dass sie sich in ihrer Situation ernst genommen und bestätigt fühlen? Pro Senectute, die Anlaufstelle für Altersfragen, berät jährlich rund 1-000 Seniorinnen und Senioren und ihre Angehörigen in den Bereichen Finanzen, Gesundheit, Wohnen, Recht und Lebensgestaltung.

Zudem werden betreuende Angehörige durch unser Coaching gestärkt und befähigt, ihre Ressourcen für die Betroffenen gezielt und nachhaltig einzusetzen, ohne sich dabei physisch und psychisch zu überlasten.

Sozialarbeiter:in FH 80% ##

Der Schwerpunkt der Beratungen liegt bei Fragen der Sachhilfe sowie in der Psychosozialen Beratung und Begleitung. Bereits vorhandenes, differenziertes Handwerkszeug erleichtert es Ihnen, den Beratungsprozess wirkungsvoll zu gestalten. Im Coaching-Setting helfen Sie betreuenden Angehörigen, ihre Anliegen und Bedürfnisse zur Geltung zu bringen und die Motivation für ihre Betreuungsaufgabe zu erhalten. Zudem führen Sie Freiwillige im Administrativen Dienst.

In unserem Team vertiefen Sie Fachfragen zusammen mit erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen und entwickeln die Dienstleistungen weiter.

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Psychosoziale Beratung und Begleitung von Seniorinnen und Senioren und ihren Angehörigen
  • Vermitteln von Information zum Sozialversicherungsrecht und Erschliessen von Sachhilfe
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachstellen, Institutionen und Ämtern/Behörden
  • Begleiten und Stärken von betreuenden Angehörigen in der der Rolle einer Coachin/eines Coachs
  • Anleitung und Begleitung von Freiwilligen im Administrativen Dienst (Einzelpersonen und Gruppen)

Ihr Profil ###

  • Diplom / Bachelor in Sozialer Arbeit FH/HFS erforderlich, Weiterbildung im Bereich Coaching erwünscht
  • Berufserfahrung in psychosozialer Beratung
  • gute Kenntnisse in Sozialversicherungsfragen
  • gerontologisches Grundwissen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Freiwilligen ist von Vorteil
