Deine Aufgaben

  • Telefonische und EDV-gestützte Betreuung von Bestandskunden
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen: Annahme, Erfassung, Prüfung, Klärung und Dokumentation
  • Unterstützung der Programmierer bei der Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklungstests
  • Informieren von Kunden über relevante IT-Produkte im Rahmen des Supportvertrages
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen nach Abstimmung mit dem Projektleiter
  • Aktives Mitwirken am internen Wissentransfer
  • Erfahrung mit der ERP-Lösung Microsoft Dynamics (Navision, NAV, Business Central)
  • Kenntnisse der Microsoft-Programmiersprache (C/SIDE, C/AL)
  • Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenmanagementqualitäten
  • Kommunikativ, engagiert mit ziel- und kundenorientiertem Arbeitsstil
  • Selbststudium und Bereitschaft zur Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
