Du arbeitest in Vollzeit deutschlandweit an einem unserer Standorte oder im Homeoffice. Regelmäßige Reisen zu unserem Standort in Kaiserslautern sind Bestandteil dieser Position.

Deine Aufgaben – contra boring, PRO YOU

Du sorgst dafür, dass Bestellung, Abrechnung und Reporting reibungslos zusammenlaufen. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Vertrieb und Gruppeneinkauf zusammen und entwickelst unsere Prozesse und Systeme weiter.

  • Einkauf: Du steuerst und verantwortest den operativen Einkauf, einschließlich des Software- und Lizenzmanagements.
  • Reporting: Mit Auswertungen zu Einkaufsvolumina, Kosten und Weiterberechnung schaffst Du Transparenz.
  • Schnittstelle: Von der Bestellung bis zur Abrechnung verbindest Du Einkauf, Vertrieb und Gruppeneinkauf.
  • Optimierung: Du treibst die Optimierung und Standardisierung unserer Einkaufs- und Abrechnungsprozesse aktiv voran.
  • CRM: Du pflegst unser CRM-System (CAS genesisWorld) und entwickelst es kontinuierlich weiter.

Dein Profil – contra 08/15, PRO YOU

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Berufserfahrung: Erfahrung in der Koordination administrativer Tätigkeiten im Einkauf und/oder Vertrieb sowie im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen
  • Fachkenntnisse: Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen
  • Persönlichkeit: Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, zielorientiertes Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Lösungs- und Kundenorientierung
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld
