Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como DBA, responsável por apoiar a sustentação e operação de bancos de dados, garantindo a integridade das informações, alta disponibilidade e desempenho dos ambientes. Essa posição é ideal para quem possui perfil analítico, gosta de resolver problemas técnicos e atuar no dia a dia com ambientes produtivos.

Responsabilidades

  • Atuar na sustentação de bancos de dados relacionais e/ou NoSQL em ambientes críticos;
  • Monitorar erformance e capacidade do ambiente (CPU, memória, I/O, queries, locks);
  • Atender incidentes e requisições via ITSM, garantindo rastreabilidade e evidências;
  • Realizar troubleshooting de problemas de performance e estabilidade;
  • Executar rotinas de backup, restore e validação de integridade de dados;
  • Apoiar estratégias de alta disponibilidade (HA) e recuperação de desastres (DR);
  • Executar mudanças controladas (RFCs) como upgrades, patches e ajustes de configuração;
  • Apoiar times de desenvolvimento com otimização de queries e boas práticas de banco de dados;
  • Participar de análises de causa raiz (RCA) e propor melhorias contínuas;
  • Atualizar e manter documentação técnica (runbooks e procedimentos).

Qualificações Necessárias

  • Ensino superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia com bancos de dados em ambientes produtivos;
  • Perfil analítico com capacidade de resolução de problemas técnicos;
  • Boa comunicação para atuação com times técnicos e áreas de suporte;
  • Capacidade de organização e atuação em cenários de pressão e incidentes críticos.

Conhecimentos Técnicos

  • Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server ou MySQL);
  • Conhecimento em SQL e análise de performance (queries, índices, execution plan);
  • Experiência com backup, restore e replicação/alta disponibilidade;
  • Capacidade de troubleshooting com base em logs e métricas;
  • Conhecimento em processos ITSM (Incidente, Problema e Mudança);
  • Noções de monitoramento e observabilidade de ambientes;
  • Pacote Office (principalmente Excel e documentação técnica).

Desejável

  • Experiência com ambientes Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP);
  • Conhecimento em bancos NoSQL (ex.: MongoDB);
  • Experiência com ferramentas de observabilidade (Grafana, Zabbix, Dynatrace);
  • Conhecimento em automação com scripts (Shell, Python);
  • Certificações em banco de dados ou tecnologias relacionadas;
  • Vivência em ambientes críticos e operações de alta disponibilidade.
