Für unsere Filiale in Lyss suchen wir eine freundliche, organisierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit für unseren Empfang. Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden – am Telefon wie auch vor Ort.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Professionelle Bedienung der Telefonzentrale
  • Herzlicher Empfang unserer Besucherinnen und Besucher
  • Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Anrufen in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch
  • Ausgabe von Mitarbeiterkleidung und Werbeartikeln
  • Unterstützung der Abteilungen bei administrativen Aufgaben
  • Mithilfe bei der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Social\-Media\-Beiträgen
  • Bereitschaft zur Ferienvertretung der Stellenpartnerin mit einem Pensum von 100%

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder Erfahrung im administrativen Bereich (z. B. als Sachbearbeiter/in oder Telefonist/in)
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Social Media
  • Sehr gute Umgangsformen und Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt
  • Muttersprache Deutsch mit sehr guten Französischkenntnissen (Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil)
