  • Basic math skills, including decimals, weights, units of measure, and simple calculations.
  • Ability to learn and perform routine quality checks, sampling, swabbing, scale verification, and documentation activities after training and qualification.
  • Ability to follow detailed written procedures, maintain accurate records, and recognize when a result, condition, or observation requires escalation.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office, data-entry tools, and company systems as assigned.
  • Willingness to complete Company-provided training in cGMP, good documentation practices, safety, hygiene, site procedures, dietary supplement requirements, and assigned quality tasks before independent authorization.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Sanitation, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Must be able to work overtime or on weekends as needed.

  • Collect, label, handle, and deliver raw material, in-process, finished product, retain, environmental, or sanitation samples as trained and assigned; maintain required sample documentation and traceability.
  • Perform ATP, allergen, environmental, sanitation, or other routine swabbing and monitoring activities after training and within the authorized task scope.
  • Complete quality records, checklists, logbooks, and electronic entries accurately, legibly, contemporaneously, and in accordance with good documentation practices.
  • Conduct routine production-floor observations and GMP checks; communicate observations, missing documentation, and potential quality concerns promptly to the QA Auditor or Lead.
  • Support QA Auditors with assigned documentation review, sampling coordination, verification activities, environmental monitoring support, and follow-up on routine observations.
  • Follow approved gowning, hygiene, safety, sanitation, allergen-control, and material-handling requirements while working in production, warehouse, laboratory, and controlled quality areas.
  • Maintain assigned quality supplies, sample materials, and work areas in a clean, organized, and inspection-ready condition.
  • Escalate observed nonconforming conditions, documentation discrepancies, equipment concerns, sample issues, or potential product-quality risks promptly in accordance with Company procedures.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
