Hos Process Factory bliver du en del af Operations & Compliance og bidrager til at understøtte forretningen inden for it-kontrakter samt informations- og it-sikkerhed. Du får en central rolle i at understøtte vores juridiske og compliancemæssige fundament i en teknologidrevet virksomhed, der leverer til forsikringsbranchen.

Om rollen og dit ansvarsområde

Opgaverne spænder bredt og varierer i kompleksitet, og du vil gradvist få mere ansvar i takt med, at du bliver fortrolig med virksomheden, vores produkter og de regulatoriske rammer.

Du vil blandt andet arbejde med:

  • GDPR-, DORA- og ISMS-arbejde (struktur, dokumentation og opfølgning)
  • Udarbejdelse og opdatering af juridiske dokumenter (fx SaaS-kontrakter, databehandleraftaler og fortrolighedsaftaler)
  • Bidrag til ISAE 3402-audit og tilhørende compliance-dokumentation
  • Juridiske analyser i forbindelse med nye produkter, tiltag og forretningsmodeller
  • Sparring med forretningen om compliance og juridiske spørgsmål

Hvem er du?

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Er stud.jur. eller stud.merc.jur (bachelor eller kandidat)
  • Oprigtigt nysgerrig på teknologi og hvordan jura spiller sammen med digitale løsninger i praksis
  • Har interesse for it-ret, databeskyttelse og informationssikkerhed
  • Er struktureret, ansvarsfuld og god til at skabe overblik
  • Har gode samarbejdsevner og kan kommunikere jura på en forståelig måde til ikke-jurister

Det praktiske

  • Som udgangspunkt 10-15 timer om ugen
  • Mulighed for flere timer i ferieperioder
  • Tæt sparring med Head of Operations & Compliance og faglig udvikling
  • En hverdag med mange snitflader og indblik i både juridiske, tekniske og forretningsmæssige beslutninger
