We work with banks, lenders, credit unions, and other financial companies that lend money to people and manage those relationships over time.

These institutions make millions of high-stakes decisions every day. Who should they reach? When should they reach them? What should they say or offer? When should a case move to a human? Today, our AI agents analyze conversations, capture context, guide human agents, decide the next action, conduct customer conversations, orchestrate outreach, and help people complete payments and resolutions. They are connected, so what is learned in one interaction can inform what happens next.

We are expanding this swarm of AI agents across more of the work financial institutions do: originations, document processing, back-office workflows, servicing, and other critical operations where money, identity, people, and regulation intersect.

What You'll Own

Onboarding Experience

  • Support employee lifecycle through onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Coordinate background verification, and joining formalities.
  • Partner with DevOps and Finance to make sure systems and access are sorted from day 1.

People Ops & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain and update employee information, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters, employment documents, and other employee-related documentation.
  • Spot friction or gaps in how things run today and pitch practical fixes, we want your ideas, not just your execution.
  • Explore and apply AI tools to improve HR processes efficiency.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and HR events.
  • Own the logistics behind our weekly Friday team rituals, keeping the energy consistent and something people actually look forward to, week after week.
  • Design and run team bonding activities that actually land, the kind people talk about afterward, not just check off a calendar.

Payroll Support

  • Support payroll administration and review employee reimbursement submissions against the travel and expense policy.

What we are looking for

  • Bonus points for prior exposure to HR, operations, or admin work.
  • Naturally organized and detail-oriented, the kind of person who catches the thing everyone else missed.
  • Reliable and consistent, even on the recurring, deadline-driven stuff that others might let slip.
  • A clear, friendly communicator, you'll be coordinating with employees, Finance, and DevOps regularly.
  • Trustworthy and discreet, this role comes with real access to employee financial and personal data.
