Wir sind ein etabliertes Kundenkontaktcenter in Biel mit etwa 100 engagierten Mitarbeitenden und bieten ein umfassendes Dienstleistungsangebot rund um die mündliche und schriftliche Betreuung von Kundenanliegen – insbesondere für Unternehmen aus der Automobil- und Krankenversicherungsbranche. Mit Kompetenz, Flexibilität und Servicebewusstsein unterstützen wir unsere Auftraggeber dabei, neue Kunden zu gewinnen oder bestehende Kundenbeziehungen nachhaltig zu stärken.

Zur Erweiterung unseres dynamischen und stark wachsenden Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung kommunikative Persönlichkeiten, die Freude daran haben, neue Kunden für sich zu gewinnen oder sie professionell zu beraten und zu betreuen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Verkauf und Terminvereinbarungen am Telefon
  • Aktive Kundenansprache mit Charme und Überzeugungskraft

Unsere Erwartungen:

  • Akzentfreies Schweizerdeutsch (Muttersprache)
  • Sehr gute kommunikative und starke verkäuferische Fähigkeiten/Erfahrung im Verkauf zwingend
  • Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt
  • Zuverlässig, pünktlich und freundlich
  • Effiziente und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Auffassungsgabe
  • Qualitätsbewusste und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibel in Bezug auf die Arbeitszeiten (mind. 3 Abende, restliche Einsätze frei wählbar), regelmässige Samstagseinsätze von Vorteil
  • Ideal auch für Wiedereinsteiger:innen, Quereinsteiger:innen oder als flexibler Zweitjob
