Bij Profilplast draait alles om duurzame kunststoffen en het opbouwen van sterke, langdurige relaties. Customer Intimacy staat bij ons centraal – en voor ons Belgische team in Zulte zoeken wij een extra collega; een ervaren commerciële kracht met technisch inzicht, die zowel bestaande klanten laat groeien als nieuwe markten weet te openen.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Senior Accountmanager Buitendienst ben jij hét gezicht van Profilplast in België. Met jouw commerciële flair en technisch inzicht weet je klanten te inspireren, overtuigen en verder te helpen. Je verdiept bestaande relaties, volgt projecten nauwgezet op en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar slimme, duurzame oplossingen.

Daarnaast heb je een scherp oog voor business development. Jij ontdekt nieuwe kansen, ontwikkelt strategische partnerships en hebt de drive om deals te sluiten die echte impact maken. Dankzij jouw ervaring in de markt, je technisch inzicht en je zelfverzekerde communicatiestijl word je een vertrouwde sparringpartner voor onze klanten.

  • Meerdere jaren ervaring in B2B-sales, bij voorkeur in een technische of industriële omgeving
  • Een bewezen trackrecord in zowel relatiebeheer als nieuwe business genereren
  • Technisch inzicht: je begrijpt materialen, toepassingen en kan klanten adviseren vanuit kennis en expertise
  • Een vlotte communicator die vertrouwen uitstraalt en overtuigt
  • Een ondernemende mindset met lef om deuren te openen én deals af te ronden
  • Een geboren netwerker
  • Affiniteit met techniek of één van onze doelgroepen
  • Proactief met zin voor initiatief en passie hebben voor een nieuwe uitdaging
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Duits is een plus…
  • Technische materiaalkennis van kunststof is een plus.
