OM TEATERN Profilteatern är en av Sveriges största fria teatergrupper och har funnits sedan 1984. Teatern spelar årligen för barn, unga och vuxna i hela landet. Repertoaren kännetecknas av nyskriven dramatik med specialkomponerad musik och starka visuella uttryck. ‌Teatern drivs som en ideell förening och samarbetar med ett stort antal professionella scenkonstnärer och andra yrkesverksamma. OM JOBBET Vi söker en erfaren och engagerad producent som kan jobba 50% hos oss under hela 2027. Du kommer att dela kontor och arbeta tillsammans med en annan producent och ni tillsammans kommer att driva teaterns administrativa arbete. I arbetet ingår produktionsplanering och turnéläggning, sälja in föreställningar till arrangörer, skapa verksamhetsplan och ansvara för ansökningar, redovisningar och revideringar för teaterns verksamhetsstöd samt jobba med marknadsföring och sociala medier. VEM ÄR DU? Du är en driven och initiativtagande person som brinner för det fria kulturlivet och vill vara med och utveckla Profilteaterns verksamhet. Du har tidigare erfarenhet av kulturarbete, verksamhetsplanering och budgetarbete och har en vilja att lära dig nya saker. Du är lösningsorienterad och bra på att organisera och hålla struktur i ett arbete som innehåller många olika delar. Det är viktigt att du är social, utåtriktad och relationsskapande och känner dig bekväm med att ha kontakt med arrangörer och samarbetspartners samt att presentera teaterns utbud framför publik. Du är trygg i att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift samt har erfarenhet av att formulera ansökningar för verksamhetsbidrag. Vi är ett litet gäng som driver teatern tillsammans och vi sätter stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. KRAV Eftergymnasial utbildning/akademiska studier med inriktning mot projektledning, kulturanalys eller kulturentreprenörskap, eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet från kultursektorn Erfarenhet av verksamhetsplanering, ansökningar och redovisningar Erfarenhet av säljarbete och turnéläggning Kunskap om digitala verktyg för bild- och videoredigering Erfarenhet av budgetarbete B-körkort

OM ANSTÄLLNINGEN Tjänsten är en tidsbegränsad anställning på 50% för tidsperioden 2027-01-11 till 2027-12-20 med 3 månaders provanställning. Lönetyp: Månadslön. Arbetet sker på plats på Profilteatern.
