Atuar de forma integrada no Centro de Autismo da Santa Casa BH, prestando suporte acadêmico-operacional à equipe de enfermagem e multidisciplinar. Auxiliar no planejamento, implementação e consolidação da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE), na navegação de pacientes em processos diagnósticos, de reabilitação e alta. Contribuir para a gestão da qualidade, compilação estatística de dados, execução de treinamentos, gestão de processos e rotinas administrativas, visando à excelência da assistência prestada, aumento da satisfação dos usuários e otimização dos recursos institucionais.Horário: 13:00 às 19:00h segunda a sexta-feiraBolsa: R$1.000,00Benefícios:Vale-transporte;Auxílio lanche;Parceria com restaurantes, drogarias, psicólogos, oficinas, entre outros;Seguro de vida.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na implementação e construção da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE) no Centro de Autismo da Santa Casa BH, auxiliando no suporte técnico e assistencial.Auxiliar nos processos de navegação de pacientes, acompanhamento das reuniões semanais, prestando suporte nas etapas do diagnóstico, plano de reabilitação e acompanhamento dos pacientes e suas pendências.Auxiliar nas ações interativas direcionadas aos pacientes e realizar a abordagem técnica à equipe multidisciplinar para alinhamento e resolução de demandas assistenciais e operacionais.Manter controles, protocolos, arquivos e organização sistemática de documentos e pastas referentes aos trabalhos realizados, visando rastreabilidade, padronização e facilidade de consulta.Gerar, compilar e analisar dados e dados estatísticos por meio de planilhas eletrônicas, conforme solicitação e orientação do superior imediato.Apoiar nas atividades relacionadas à gestão da qualidade, atuando na construção e revisão de documentos, análise de indicadores, elaboração de planos de ação, relatórios de melhoria contínua e suporte nos processos de auditorias de qualidade e acreditações nacionais.Apoiar na análise de indicadores vinculados à gestão orçamentária do Centro de Autismo da Santa Casa BH visando ações para redução das despesas e aumento das receitas.Executar outras tarefas correlatas, do mesmo grau de dificuldade mediante solicitação do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em andamento em Enfermagem, a partir do 5º período.
