Estamos com oportunidade para Jovem Aprendiz Técnico em Manutenção Industrial, voltada para quem deseja iniciar sua carreira na área de manutenção de equipamentos e sistemas industriais, unindo aprendizado teórico e prático em um ambiente de desenvolvimento contínuo.O Jovem Aprendiz atuará sob supervisão direta de profissionais de manutenção, combinando formação técnica em parceria com o SENAI e vivência prática nas operações da empresa.Terá a oportunidade de desenvolver conhecimentos em manutenção mecânica, elétrica e eletromecânica, apoiando atividades preventivas e corretivas em máquinas, equipamentos e instalações industriais, sempre respeitando os procedimentos de segurança e os limites de atuação do programa de aprendizagem.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Auxílio em manutenções preventivas: apoiar inspeções visuais, verificações de condições de funcionamento, lubrificação e conservação de máquinas e equipamentos industriais, conforme orientação técnica.Apoio em manutenções corretivas: acompanhar a identificação de falhas e auxiliar na desmontagem, montagem e substituição de componentes mecânicos simples, em equipamentos devidamente desenergizados e liberados para intervenção.Acompanhamento de sistemas elétricos e de automação: apoiar atividades de inspeção e identificação de componentes elétricos, painéis, motores e sensores, exclusivamente sob supervisão e em condições seguras, sem intervenções em sistemas energizados.Apoio à manutenção de equipamentos industriais: acompanhar rotinas de manutenção de bombas, motores, redutores, correias transportadoras, sistemas hidráulicos e pneumáticos, conforme os equipamentos existentes na unidade.Organização e conservação da área de manutenção: contribuir para a limpeza, organização e conservação de ferramentas, equipamentos, bancadas e ambientes de trabalho.Apoio no controle e logística de materiais: auxiliar na identificação, separação e controle de peças, ferramentas e materiais utilizados nas atividades de manutenção.Suporte administrativo e técnico: apoiar o preenchimento de ordens de serviço, registros de inspeções, apontamento de atividades e atualização de controles de manutenção.Aprendizado e desenvolvimento técnico: participar das atividades práticas e teóricas do programa, aplicando os conhecimentos adquiridos no SENAI e desenvolvendo competências técnicas, comportamentais e de segurança.
